I know that procedure quite well. Pixie had her remaining eye eviscerated, meaning that the contents of her inner eye (iris, lens, vitreous humour- the clear gel that fills the space between the lens and the retina of the eyeball, retina, choroid) has been removed and a prosthetic ball has been added to fill her eye in. I recognized the milky white on your kitty's eye, Pixie's is identical. When your cat was healing from her surgery, did she get the ring of blood inside her eye? The bloody tears that seeped out was scary too. Pixie had both eyes removed and the evisceration was far more painful for her than just removing her eye.
Your kitty is definitely beautiful. I feel the same way about my Pixie. They are both little pirates now, only needing eye patches!
In that perfect cat way she sits, her face saying no more pictures, every hair in place and a curious mind saying OK, and her body pose saying hurry up because I'm about to check out this camera thing.
